Join Zinn Education Project on Tuesday, August 11, at 7:00 pm ET/ 4:00 pm PT for a 50-minute informational session for educators interested in forming a Teaching for Black Lives study group in their school, district, or statewide. Participants will hear from study group coordinators Alana Ward, UniServ Director for The SCEA in North Charleston, South Carolina; Jenifer King, elementary teacher in Las Vegas, Nevada; and Laura Ellis, high school librarian in Rockville, Maryland.
