This guide is a tool to help voters understand which policies uphold human rights standards on a range of issues, from foreign policy to gender equality to the right to vote itself. The handbook aims to give voters as much information as possible from which to draw their own conclusions; it does not endorse specific candidates, parties, or ballot initiatives.
