Tia Hinz
Short biography
Tia Hinz is an early childhood educator, advocate, and content creator focusing on neurodiversity, social-emotional learning, and human rights education. She holds an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, an M.A. in Human Rights Practice, and a B.A. in Mass Communication. Her work has spanned marketing, content development, and advocacy, with seven years dedicated to researching and addressing rape culture and gender-based violence.As a neurodivergent and queer professional, Tia is deeply committed to fostering inclusive and affirming spaces in education and beyond. She teaches preschool, hosts trivia events, and serves as a volunteer host for the All Kinds of Minds: Neurodiversity in Our World podcast. Additionally, she volunteers with Warrior Dog Rescue in Minnesota. Her interdisciplinary background informs her work at the intersection of human rights, education, and media, advocating for systemic change and increased accessibility in learning environments.
