American Civil Liberties Union Children’s Rights Program (ACLU)
 Works on issues such as juvenile justice, equal access to quality education, and the abolition of corporal punishment in schools. Offers opportunities for individual action individual action and educational materials for schools.

Children’s Defense Fund (CDF)
A non-profit advocacy organization working in the USA to enact, fund and implement public policy and promote successful programs that lift children out of poverty, protect them from abuse and neglect, ensure access to health care and quality education, and provide a moral and spiritual foundation to help them succeed with the support of caring adults and communities.

Dignity in Schools Campaign (DSC)
Unites parents, youth, advocates and educators to support alternatives to a culture of zero-tolerance, punishment and removal in our schools. Advocates for the human right of every young person to a quality education and to be treated with dignity.

UNICEF (The United Nations Children’s Fund)

UN program providing long-term humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries.  

Save the Children

The oldest international children’s rights organization. Promotes children’s rights, provides relief, and helps support children in developing countries, especially from the effects of war and violence. In the USA supports early childhood and literacy programs and state and federal legislation to realize children’s rights.
