Jessica Evans

Jessica Evans serves as an assessment and accreditation specialist for the College of Education and Human Services at Murray State University (KY). A Memphis, TN native, Jessica actively works to integrate social justice and human rights into her personal and professional life. She previously served as the Kentucky Area Coordinator for Amnesty International. Additionally, Jessica has been responsible for curriculum development and instruction for an interdisciplinary seminar on the death penalty and human rights. She holds an EdD in Educational Psychology and Technology and master’s degrees in Human Development Leadership and Organizational Communication. Jessica hopes to contribute her passion for human rights and profession skills of evaluation and instructional design to the HRE USA Steering Committee.
