Jessica Evans

Jessica Evans is a higher education professional with expertise in assessment, accreditation, policy development, and strategic planning. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, she currently works for a nonprofit organization responsible for evaluating and accrediting teacher education programs, supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement. Jessica has served as a university faculty member, developing curriculum and teaching an interdisciplinary seminar on the death penalty and human rights. She holds an EdD in Educational Psychology and Technology and master’s degrees in Human Development and Leadership and Organizational Communication. In addition to serving on the HRE USA Steering Committee and the Kirby Edmonds Fellowship Committee, she has served as the Vice-Chair of the Human Rights Commission for the City of Murray (KY). Her passion for human rights and profession skills of evaluation and instructional design enhance the work of HRE USA.
