Gail Barker is a Gear Up Grant Program Coordinator at Suffolk Public Schools based in Suffolk, Virginia. Previously, Gail was a Curriculum Developer for WHRO Public Media and also held positions at Renaissance school of the Arts, and Historic St. Luke’s Restoration. Gail received a Education Specialist degree from Old Dominion University.
