2024 Flowers Fund Grantees

The Flowers Fund Supported the HRE USA Podcast Team Members to Present at the IAHRE Conference

Four members of the HRE USA Podcast Team presented a poster session titled “Human Rights Education Now! Podcast: Building a Space for Critical Human Rights Education Discussions in the U.S. at the 2024 International Association for Human Rights Education (IAHRE) Annual Conference in London. In addition, the Podcast Team completed an article/chapter about the development and implementation of the podcast during its first year that was published a chapter on “Human Rights Education NOW! Podcast Case Study: Illuminating HRE through the Lived Experiences of Scholar Practitioners” in Book 51, Globalisation, Human Rights and Education (2024).

The Flowers Fund grants supported Kristi Rudelius-Palmer, Sabrina Sanchez, Liz Schwab, and Jess Terbrueggen to present at the 2024 IAHRE.
